With over two decades of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries, Melissa has worked in purchasing, scheduling, HR, payroll, and logistics. This broad background allows her to bring valuable knowledge and expertise to her role at Wildcat.
Melissa was drawn to Wildcat Renovation by the company’s professional reputation and the welcoming, supportive culture that prioritizes both clients and employees. She believes that strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability across departments are central to Wildcat’s ongoing success.
Before joining Wildcat, Melissa spent 22 years with top U.S. window and door companies, managing new construction job schedules, routing, assembly, and office operations, gaining experience that now enhances her work at Wildcat.
In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Florida’s restaurants and attractions, going on cruises, and practicing her hobby of wood burning (pyrography).
