Meet Kim Gerding, the Logistics Coordinator at Wildcat Renovation, whose extensive experience in transportation and logistics has been a driving force since she joined the team in October 2024.

Kim’s role involves coordinating transportation to ensure the efficient movement of equipment and dumpsters. Her ability to streamline operations and ensure logistical precision makes her a valuable part of the team.

With over 20 years of experience in logistics, Kim’s background spans customs, intermodal, flatbed, and special equipment coordination. This wealth of knowledge allows her to bring unparalleled expertise to her role at Wildcat.

Kim was drawn to Wildcat Renovation by the team dynamics and the welcoming culture that fosters collaboration and success. She attributes much of the company’s achievements to the leadership of President Al Miller and the team’s collective knowledge, communication, and execution.

Before joining Wildcat, Kim worked as a Logistics Coordinator, where she honed her skills in managing complex operations and ensuring seamless execution.

In her free time, Kim enjoys taking her French Bulldog, Stella, to the dog beach, going on road trips, and experiencing live local music in downtown Fort Myers. These activities reflect her vibrant and adventurous personality.

Kim’s favorite demolition tool is “The Brokk,” a powerful piece of equipment that represents Wildcat Renovation’s commitment to innovation and cutting-edge technology.
