Wildcat Renovation assisted FGCU with the expansion of Merwin Hall. Expansion included demolishing and removing large sections of the stucco ceiling system and saw-cutting reinforced concrete slabs essential to converting the existing exterior covered study area into twenty new administrative offices under air.
Wildcat Renovation was the demolition contractor selected to assist Collier County with their HVAC and security soffit upgrade. This phased project presented the unique challenge of removing the entire security soffit, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Wildcat Renovation completed all work within a fully operational correctional facility in accord with the highest professional standards and all correctional facility security requirements.
This turn key renovation included a complete interior and exterior strip of a +/- 16,000 sq ft structure, all required slab / wall sawing for new reconfigured walls, storefront systems, underground utilities, and foundations. Wildcat Renovation also erected essential shoring until the new structural members were installed providing a truly complete demolition package.

Our skilled operators responded to the challenge of cutting and shoring multiple penetrations in 10" thick structural slab in order to allow for the installation of new rooftop mechanical equipment with a floor to ceiling height of 24' directly underneath.
